You may feel like there is no way out, or that nothing can cure your marriage and the struggles you are experiencing. I want you to know that you can heal, the conflict can end.

Depression (major depressive disorder or clinical depression) is a common but serious mood disorder. It causes severe symptoms that affect how you feel, think, and handle daily activities, such as sleeping, eating, or working.

Trauma can be experienced in a singular incident or repeated events. It can occur at any age and result in adverse effects on a person’s mental, physical, emotional, social, and or spiritual wellness.

Stress is how the brain and body respond to any demand. Any type of challenge—such as performance at work or school, a significant life change, or a traumatic event—can be stressful.

Grief & Loss

Most people will experience loss at some point in their lives. Grief is a reaction to any form of loss. Bereavement is a type of grief involving the death of a loved one.

For a person with an anxiety disorder, the anxiety does not go away and can get worse over time. The symptoms can interfere with daily activities such as job performance, school work, and relationships.
